Meeting Facilitation

My focus here is designing and/or facilitating your most important meetings to ensure your goals are achieved.

I typically design and facilitate meetings where the leader needs to participate in the content, where meeting goals are key to your business or where the content is as much about maximising the people in the room and building relationships as it is about the outcomes.

Typically these meetings cover areas such as:

- Setting vision, strategy, long term or critical business plans

- Agreeing ways of working to drive effectiveness

- Helping new teams get to know each other and work together effectively

- People planning meetings; calibrating performance, identifying high potentials, succession planning

- Developing and embedding business values
